ThyssenKrupp Elevator is further improving its service by deeply analysing the behavior of its products. The goal of the project is to use sensor data in order to improve the customer service by early identifcation of failures. This increases availability of elevators by simultaneously lowering costs. The PARASUITE team has been selected for this predictive maintenance task and will modify buiness processes accordingly.
